PS, just weighed myself and it wasn't good...I am hoping that TOTM is to blame as I haven't been straying from the WW points (going a little bit under, infact, as felt abit crap/ill the last couple of days). Anyway, starting EE tomorrow so here goes...:wave_cry:
 
I believe any variety of mini milks are 1.5 syns each. Some people have been recommending skinny cow lollies but haven't tried these myself.
Alternatively, I noticed on the recipe thread that freezing Mullerlights, either whole or by decanting into ice cube trays, or pouring into lolly moulds has been really successful..just like ice cream, apparantely ;)

hi are the 125g danone activia vanilla yougurts - fat free ones syn free as I know the 100g pots are but am really confused as am being told they are 3.5 syns but thought they were the ones which wernt syn free and that the fat free ones were syn free. :sigh::break_diet:
 
OMG, Squiddie, a veritable embarrassment of ice cream riches!!!

One thing I was wondering (before I get my syns book), is how many Syns are in the different types of oil? I saw an advert today for Fry Light (which I have been using for a while now) and it said that a tablespoon of regular oil was 6 syns. Is this a blanket figure for all oils? The ones I mainly want to use are extra virgin olive oil and occasionally sesame oil. I know that fry light now do a wok oil and an extra virgin one but sometimes you just want to real thing, plus I think that there is a place for extra virgin in a healthy diet, no?!
It was my first proper day today. Meant to start tomorrow but I was feeling reckless! I am having trouble eating all my syns as I feel so full. Perhaps I will store some up for later in the week as I am going to an exhibition and will probably have to do lunch whilst there as it's a work thing...
 
Oh oh, can someone also tell me how many syns in apple juice? There's probably a whole bleedin list of the different types so the small bottle of copella will do me for now....please!!! I am really missing my juice fix at the mo...I am presuming that juicing or pressing fruit does something to the value??

PS, As soon as all my literature arrives I'll hopefully be able to return all these favours!!! :)
 
Jucing fruit takes the density out so your left with a glass of fruit sugar and a bit of flavour!
