Well if you follow a normal curry recipe without the oil...you should be fine. I have a SW curry book and there are loads of things in it. And you use fromage frais or yoghurt too. OH mixed the curry spices together and I sprinkle them on wedges and fry light them in the oven.

Super noodles I have no idea...I think the Low fat ones are free but the others are normal so have loads of syns. ( but don't quote me on that)

It is always worth checking the packets carefully and making sure they actually say 98% fat free.
