Yes it says any variety.

How many syns are they if not used as a Hex? And also, the Alpen Light bars. Summer Fruits and Chocolate and Orange in particular, but any would be good.

Can't find the green tick stuff.

Rogan Josh is 11 1/2 syns on both

Caramel cake bites are 3.5 syns on both

Lemon cake bites are 3.5 syns on both

Strawberry and Vanilla are also 3.5 syns

Dont have the muffin desert either!

1 standard scotch egg 114g is 7.5 syns each

If you can quote the nutritional info then we can work it out for you. We need the calories, protein, carbs and fat (overall not saturated) per 100g and the portion size ie 65g per portion.
