Syns for maggi creamy herb and garlic cheicken??

Can anyone tell me how many syns is in the packet of maggi creamy herb and garlic chichen I have bought??
Want to use it tonight but would like to know how many syns to count it as.

Is it a sauce sachet type thing? If so then it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories

This. But make sure you work it out from the calories in JUST the sachet and not the serving calories it gives as that includes the calories in the chicken/whatever else you add to it
