syns for mashed srawberrys

But to be honest, if I was mashing a few strawbs and would normally eat the same amount 'whole', I wouldn't syn them, as it's not as if I'm eating any more than usual and would only 'mash' them in my mouth *ducks for cover as the debate begins...* ;)
totally agree as long as they are not cooked cos apparently fruit makes more sugar when cooked.If I was going to eat that amount raw then I dont see the difference.Its not as if I was eating extra and following the argument that they are easier to eat and therefore consume more.But if someone wants to follow the rules to the letter then it cant be wrong.
