Syns for spud u like?

Does anyone know the syns for spud u like please, particularly the prawn mayo and cottage cheese flavour? Am off shopping tomorrow and thinking this is going to be the healthiest lunch.

I used to work in one, I can't tell you the syns but we always used hellmans light mayo in the fillings and the cottage cheese is a 4% fat one. If you want a free meal just get a spud with beans!

Thanks for that info! I dont like beans though, wish they did spaghetti thats my fave on a baked spud!

If its light hellmans then just syn for about 3 tablespoons I would say.
