syns for trifle .....

can anyone tell me syns for sainsbury basics fruit cocktail trifle 1kg
i ate a third oops so thats roughly 333g

how many calories for whole trifle then use 1 syn/20 calories so if 300 calories then 15 syns or 400 calories 20 syns etc then divide by 3

arhhhhh that will be 25 syns then big oops 154 cals per 100 g, thx anyway x
