Syns Help Please

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me, Im going to have a packet of quavers using my syns BUT my packet doesnt say how many grams in the packet and my scales ran out of batteries yesterday (Typical lol)

There are 87 kcals in the packet and ive tried to syn them on the online calculator but it asks how many grams in the serving and i dont know!

Please help

Hi hun - as a rough estimate 1 syn is 20kcal, so I'd say 4.5 syns
