Hello - Please can someone tell me the syns value of a couple of things;

- Tesco Healthy Living Chicken salad sandwich ( on malted bread)
- Aldi Supreme Broccoli & Cauliflour cup a soup.

15 syns for the sandwich on all plans. I think those soups are somewhere between 3 and 5 depending on the flavour.

If soup is 60 calories then 3 syns
