Doners are bound to be high in syns as they drip with fat, have you tried having a shish instead? It's proper chunks of meat and it's grilled in front of you so that's got to be healthier!

I love a kebab every now and then so I have a large shish one lamb one chicken, 3 sins for each skewer! Then I tend to leave out pitta as 9 syns for large pitta and 7 for smaller one which is high! I often have some Sw chips on the go at home or a jacket potato! Chilli sauce is 1/2 syn per tbsp garlic sauce a lot higher obviously!

I make up a tzatziki at home and have in fridge to pick at or dunk carrot sticks in when I feel like it!

    Large tub of 0% total
Grated cucumber(squeezed to get water out)
    Crushed garlic clove
    Chopped fresh mint
    Salt and pepper

Mix all together easy Peasy goes really well with kebab!

    Hope this helps
