It was reconmended to use the Maggi coconut milk powder for currys and things as you can just use what you need. But cant find a syn value for it. any ideas?? If not will try to find the cals and use the 20 cals a syn method.

worked it out with the Syn calculator using nutritional info found on the web...it works out to 7 syns per 21g portion.

Where did you manage to get it from, I have looked and cant find it anywhere! :sigh:

 

ah, well i havent bought it yet....lol. My Tescos doesnt have it, but am going to look in ASDA today and i am also going in to town so will try the health food store, they always seem to have wierd and wonderful things lol.
