wish i knew, love subway

I don't think it would be too many depending on what you have. I love Subway and they are low in calories and fat.

god i always used to think subway was the healthy option!!

They are and I'm sure those Syns could be cut down by using the bread as a healthy extra. And I'd have thought the Syns would be lower on Red cus of the chicken

is that just a bog standard 2 slices of bread sandwich?

Isn't it white bread though? So can't be counted as a HEB? I've never had a Subway, am I missing something? Actually, don't tell me!

Lol i ave a yard;)! no subway 4 mmme any more!!!

Rooo xxx

yea there is alot of bread options surely white with cheesey bits would be worse than brown. theres so many options at subway as well with sauces and olives and cheese etc. i think its pretty hard to syn value it

I just have chicken and some salad on mine and never have dressings. The salad is free anyway so it's quite easy to Syn it

oohhh i love subway!! and I personally would give up 15 syns for one, see but then I would want cheese, and dressing and a cookie, ......think it's best if I don't bother!
