Anyone know Syns in Tesco Meat free Meat style Balls????? Theres 22 in each bag, 400g, frozen.

Hi yes they are the ones so 3.5 syns for the whole bag?? Thats fine works out very little per meat ball and only have 3-4 per meal!! Thank goodness!!

Hmmm, I'm not sure. On the online thing, it just said 400g bag, frozen - 3 1/2 syns on all plans. Seems strange that they wouldn't specify the portion...but now that I think of it, I find it hard to believe that 400g of anything could be just 3 1/2 so you might be better to check that out with someone else. Sorry if I've confused you!

It will have free food allowance cos is veggie. Quorn met balls are free so I suspect this is the correct value for the bag

ASDA meat free meatballs are 3 syns for a 400g bag so yeah this us about right.

the Asda ones are a favourite of ours, especially with lots of hm chilli sauce dribbled all over them <drool>
