They both are free (fresh pasta is syned) you eat as much of those as you want, I think the 100g is a recommendation, I do not eat pasta as much as I used to but when I do I do not weigh it all I eat as much as I like. As for chicken with skin removed that would be my main meat and eat it most days as much as I like. As long as you add lots of speed food and change it up a bit it's fine.
