Hi please can someone give me the syns for Activia fat free yoghurts and a standard size pack of Maltesers.

the yoghurts are free & I think the Maltesers are 9 syns a bag - I can't remember who makes them to look them up!

Nestle make Malteasers. Think 9 sounds about right, but if in doubt, 20kcals = 1 syn should work...
