Syns Value for Indian Takeaway

Hi

Im in my first week of Slimming World - got my weigh in tonight.

My partner is desperate for an indian takeaway and after all week of not giving in I thought I would have tonight if all goes well on my weigh in.

Could any one tell me the syns value of a chicken chat on puri?

I have tried Syns Online but it doesnt list it?

is it a dry curry? Not sure about your curry house, but our local one do a 'diet curry' using fry light and natural yoghurt as they cook it all from scratch, may be worth asking? Failing that stick to the dry ones and I think poppadums are about 4 syns each? May be wrong, think naan will be mega syns though! If you really want it have it and just be extra good the rest of the week and lots of exercise to burn those calories off!!!

Hi

If you look in your optisimising book I'm sure there is a little section in back for takeaways. I think a chicken tikka masala is about 21 syns.
