I I'm completely new to this . Started slimming world last night , so today is my first day .
I'm confused by the syns ! Need help .im following the extra easy plan .
I get the free foods ,but does my 'healthy extra s ' count in my sins ? It says have one from 'a' and one from 'b' every day ?

No they are separate, you have 1a and 1b on EE
