Hi all, I'm over from Cambridge forum. Lost 2 and a half stone on Cambridge and am now going to try and maintain. Using this as opportunity to log all my food and note exercise I do. Using an app on my phone, I'll try to give an estimate of cals eaten/burnt
 
Mondays food and exercise plan:

Breakfast: special K red berries and skimmed milk
Tea

Lunch: Heinz tomato n basil soup
Activia cranberry yogurt
Coke zero

Dinner: tesco finest Sri lanken chicken soup
2 weight watchers mini naan breads

Exercise: one hour core conditioning class
 
Breakfast: 278 cals

Lunch: 327 cals

Dinner: 840 cals

Exercise: 298 cals
 
Yesterday:
Porridge with maple syrup n sultanas
Tea

Coffee
Granola bar
Fairycake

Lasagne
Crumble n custard
(school dinner)

Bolegnese (no pasta)

Exercise: 40 mins gym session (cardio)
