As we all know, we need water for our bodies to function and without it we would die a lot quicker than if we went without food. What some of you may not know is that water is a FANTASTIC weight loss aid and can speed up losses by flushing out water retention, any toxins that are being released from you losing fat and it replenishes your whole body from head to toe. It can help mend your muscles after exercise, it can fill you up before a meal and the side effect of drinking at least 2 litres of water a day is great skin and weightloss from running to the loo all the time
So I've devised another challenge: Let's see if we can drink the equivalent of an Olympic sized swimming pool by 31st December 2015!
Drink your 2 litres (4 pints/8 glasses or cups) a day and add to the running total on the thread. So I will start off...
2
Then someone else competes their daily water intake of 2 litres so then it becomes....
4
Until we reach 2,500,000 litres!!
It's a fun way to ensure we get the water in and if you don't already drink that amount then i bet if you do it for a week you'll have a bigger loss! Get drinking!!!
EDIT: upon looking into it, we will never drink 2.5 million litres between us in a year BUT let's keep going and see how many litres we can make it to!! X
