WI for me tonight and I have put on 3.5lbs eeeeeeek.
So my total loss now needs updating but as I am setting a new target at class I will sort that out later.
Don't know how to add a gain!!!!!

Just to clarify, this year any gains WILL be included in the total loss to make it a truer picture of the teams efforts. However, as this is the first WI after the holidays for most of us, weeks one's gains will not be added to the team total.

Also, the lbs in () are the running total for the whole year

If I get hungry at night time I can have a slice of W/M with Marmite if I want on a green day as I will have had my other HEXB for breakfast, but on EE I feel deprived.:eek:

i think it may work better at weekends ..big breakfast and roast dinner ....you could always try paul mckenna's theory of tapping your cheek and hands ..did anyone see that???

That's what I am thinking, I don't use my HE's for meat so I don't think I will get any benefit from it. I usually have bread and Alpen lights but not every day. I think it will be nice for a change on some days though

Hey Taz, How are you ? hope everyone had a great crimbo and new year ! sorry i havent been on but been away for 3 weeks for xmas , but back to reality now! Got my first weigh in tonight not looking forward to it but need to get it out the way. Fingers crossed its not too bad . Im looking to lose 2 stone this year . Hope its not too late to join in x
