Well, many a true word spoken in jest. 4lb on.

I have a very busy night work wise on New ears Eve so cutting myself more slck until New Years Day then back on with a vengeance.

Christmas 2010 I WILL be 4 stone lighter.

I think it's time to wrap up the 2009 challenge. We have ended up a much smaller team than we started but I hope you are all in for 2010?!

In December we lost 9.5lb and we have a new slimmer of the month, Suepat10 lost 5.5lb which is great for the silly season! Well done Sue!

The total loss in 2009 was 490.5lb. I think it's safe to say that our Slimmer of the year is Not_lar_croft who was SoTM for 5 months!

Well done everyone, lets make 2010 even better xx

I am still doing SW - about 5lbs heavier than I was when I sort of gave up with the team challenge.
Lots of things have happened some good some not so good.
