sorry guys, let the team down this week and out on 1lb :( coulda been alot worse-and had expected it to be about 3lbs so on the whole I was pleased, as it shows I was in control to a point :)

We all know that SW is a lifestyle rather than a quick fix plan. This means that we are all living our lives to the max whilst fitting the plan in as best we can. Sometimes events dictate and sticking to the plan to the letter is just not possible and gains are inevitable. I would hate to think anyone is depriving themselves JUST to get half a lb shifted. Is it worth it? If you have an event to attend etc, go and enjoy yourself and repair the damage next week! So no more apologising for gains, if you enjoyed it it's worth it!

You will notice (**lb) next to your names, this is your yearly loss. It's all about the bigger picture so when you have a gain please look at this number and ask yourself "Does it really make such a difference in the big picture?"

Take it from someone who has regained 30lb of their loss!!! ;)

i missed weigh in this week but i decided to do it just now anyway i was so bad last night why couldnt i just have held out 1 day! +3lbs woops

When do you usually WI?
earlier in the day than i did but i do tend to put it on super fast when im bad, its my own fault! fingers crossed for this week that i manage to shift it! i do this i am really good for a few weeks then i seem to lose all will power! i keep telling myself at least ive never gone back up to my heaviest but i dont know if that makes me try less lol
