:cry:sorry guys. im letting the team down this week.
i put half a pound on.
have stuck to the plan as u can see in my food diary BUT i am now 8 days late for my TOTM and im guessing i must be retaining water.
even with a possible reason its still a kick in the teeth though :(
hope everyone else does better.

Don't worry about it too much cheryl, wait until you get the big loss once your TOTM starts! Keep at it, you know it works when your body is working properly.

Bad week I am afraid - it's been my birthday so I have been using that as a big excuse to eat. Off out again tonight but back on track Sunday!
