Technical question, why does it say Your signature cannot be longer than 2500 charact

Full Member
I think it means that you are using too many letters/charactes and spaces in the pictures and details you add to each post (set up in User CP), they are limited so that a single line post doens't take up a whole page I think.

Does that make sense? That's how I read it.
Thank you guys:)
you might need to take your week numbers out of your siggy for the time being. I dont know if you still get more siggy space as you progress with more posts ... I know you do when you have just joined but I amnot sure what post counts give you what.

The post counts are pretty simple.

0 Posts - The ability to post on the forum, small signature, no avatar
20 Posts - You can now set an avatar, and you also have a little more signature space
50 Posts - You can now view profiles, pm, view members list, access to members only diary, even more signature space
1,500 Posts - Access to gold members diary.

Your signature is made of two items, text and BB code.

BBCode is the colours, tickers, urls, formating, fonts.

The simpler your formatting/bbcode is, the more text you can enter.
