Good afternoon everyone.
Someone in the office decided that they didn't like the soup that they're wife bought them for lunch today. I've already brought in my syn free lunch like a good girl so I kindly refused it (refusing food is somewhat a sin in itself)
However, I was allowed a spoonful to see what it tasted like and "oh my..." it's lovely. Might have something to do with the double cream.
I would love to have it again and I'd be very greatful if could someone please tell me the syn value of this soup.
Tesco beetroot soup 600g

42 kcals
0.9g protein
6.6g carb
1.3g fat
