Tesco finest chicken kiev

Hi all,
Tesco Finest, Classics, Chicken kievs

Anyone know how many syns they are each please?

They are not listed on the website, i've worked it out using the calculator but this is not always spot on - just wondered if anyone had a food directory and if they were in it.

Gonna eat them tomorrow anyway but would like to count the syns!!

I cant find them online either and I dont have food directory.Hopefully someone will know, all I can find is tesco standard kievs on sw online

Thank you Vicky. If not, i'll count the 8.5 syns it works out as on the calculator. Not too bad for a kiev and they look lovely.

Thats why I worked them out as but didnt want to post it incase I was wrong, I dont trust myself and the syns calculator lol
