Morning all

Can anyone advise me on the syns for these please?

the pack is 190g, but I am unable to find them in the directory.

Having them with Salad for lunch and was hoping they were free (ish!)

Thanks very much - I am not sure they are the same thing but I will take them as the next nearest!!

I will try to remember to keep my packing tomorrow and try to get the syns from the SW site
