Tesco light choice chips??

    Does anyone kno how many syns they are on xtra easy???

    Hi there u can work out what it would be by for every 20 cals it's 1 syn hope that helps x

    Ur welcome. Let me know what it works out at. I make SW home made chips would be nice to have a change if they work out on the syns. good luck x

    light choices, straight cut oven chips, frozen 100g baked = 2 syns on EE and green.

    You only use this rule if there is no free food allowance in the item you want to syn. The chips will have some free food allowance in them as the potato content would be free so you would only need to syn the oils etc.
