Hi, does any one know the syn values of Tesco mushroom pasta in sauce and linda mc cartneys veggie sausages please? Thanks.

Morrisons also do a pasta in mushroom sauce, eat smart. As i work closer to a morrisons this is what I sometimes get for my lunch, could anyone tell me the syn value is of this one?
