Anyone know the syns in Tesco Value Low Fat Natural Yoghurt?

I bought this by mistake last week and when i was eating it I realised how creamy it was...then saw it wasnt fat free and was dreading the syns but 1.5 is great for the whole tub anyway so i had it all! xxx
