Whoa....we just got moms hospital bill....

With the insurance she had through my dads retirement package - and medicare.... we have to come up with our share. $250.00 (156.50 gbp)

Thank god for her insurance! My heart is still racing! I know they provided her with stellar care - they tried so hard to save her. I knew it would be pricey - but man - never dreamt it would have been that much!!!

Wow! I agree with FF, although in the UK we complain so much about the NHS we are so lucky to have it.
