Lmao at last two comments, just what I needed when I couldn't sleep with worry thanks guys i livd the 'noseyness' on here it's what is helping me and making me get through...need words of encouragement and support I'm really struggling to stop eating my chocolate keep going over my syns keep thinking bout it all day then come evening I end up being too weak and giving in and I can't just eat a little it's my biggest weakness I've had it everyday all my life :-(
