The 1st step to my new life

Hi Everyone.

Well..I done L.L in 2009, and lost what I wanted to for my summer holiday but sadly put it all back on...and more.
I have since tried SW and WW but I just got bored so I am now giving CD a go.

I am starting today...on step 2. I like that I can have a small meal...the 1 thing that I hated on LL was no food.

I am planning to move abroad in 11 months so I want to do well and be able to move away and start my new life and dreams with confidence :p

So day 1...Ive had 2 shakes so far. I love the ready made ones...so easy.
Ive drunk alot of water already, so so far so good.

I will not have my 1st weigh in till Tuesday so I will have 9 days of the diet.
