The 9 week journey up the steps begins,


Well I've now got just 1 stone more to loose (lost 3 1/2 over past 10 weeks on ss) so I'm going to start on the steps back.

From talking to my CDC and looking at the books it would seem that Step 1 is 1 week of AAM.

Step 2 - 2 weeks 800cals (basically AAM with bigger portions)

Step 3 - 2 weks of 1000cals - at this point the meals get interesting with the re-introduction of carbs - I think ??

Step 4 - 2 weeks of 1200

Step 5 - 2 weeks of 1500

Can you guys who have maitained confirm this, and do you know if there is a CD cook book that takes you through the steps anywhere ? I know the greeen and yellow book has a few recipies but I wondered if there were any more.

Firstly well done!! Secondly yep you've got it spot on, initially I was advised to stick to the options in the green/yellow book only. Once you get up to 1500 then you can start to experiment a bit more, there is a booklet with recipes in available from Cambridge.
