Can't update this week, although sure I've lost. Went to weigh in at Boots at lunchtime and the machine's sodding broke. I was soooo peed off coz I've been so good all week anad I just needed that good loss to spur me on. Saturday is my treat day, after a good weigh in I pretty much allow myself what I want then back on track come sunday morning. Despite no weigh in I'm still having my treat night, including lots of chocolate, more than I would normally allow myself, but I'm tired, pre-menstrual, had a blinking long week at work and isn't over yet, annoyed I haven't got anything to show for being so good this week. Just Grrrrr!!! Anyway hoping to show a whopping loss next week to make up for it!!

Sorry I know no-one asked for an essay, just had to vent.
