the future is rosie, don't want it to be fat

hi everyone,

this is my 8th week on SW. both me and hubby doing this together. done really well until weekend gone, complete and utter muck up.

so i have decided to do a diary. thinking perhaps, if i re-read what i have written here i can keep myself going.

ok what made me choose SW? looked at a couple of plans before SW, no of them i felt were right for us. SW offered so much more, plus it is a plan for life. which is what we need. a change of life style. never dieted before by the way.

before, we drank over eat. never took exercise. we lead busy lives, although i did until lost job. we always made execusses for not changing. no time to cook, need to unwind (wine). never enough hours to exercise, always tired.

never felt really happy with myself nor did my hubby feel happy with his self. did not feel in control.

1). hate the clothes i wear love fashion, but backside, to big to fit into most of the skinny jeans.
2). rosacea skin problem, only started when i put on weight.
3). hate looking in the mirror, and hate photo's of me.
4). fed up of feeling awful, no energy all the time.
5). lost job, such is life. but not getting any offers, enough interviews. friend noticed me in interview dress one day, said i looked preggies. could be a reason why not getting any interviews.
6). hubby hates his size, and weight, he is tall anyone. but hates shopping for clothes.
7). feel like if we go anywhere people are looking at us, because of our weight. (their coming to get me).
8). self conscious.

have had to change life style over 8 weeks been hard.
