Newbie today. Started following Slimming World in the last week ( Extra Easy Plan) . I've not joined a class , going it alone with the help of this amazing resource !

Thanks . Do most people start their own diary ? Or is there a main board to discuss how we are all getting on ?

It's up to what you feel like doing.

Doing your own diary to keep track with pictures or just text.

Or start a team and invite others to join you and everyone checks in daily.

I am still not sure what anybody really does on here so I've just been kind of doing my own thing, having a little look at what others have posted and if I like it, then commenting or replying. In fact I love the no strict rules approach.

The challenges look pretty cool though. Perhaps when you get the swing of slimming world we could try getting a few of us to have a little go.
