no! I read that cutting out 3500 calories across your diet will mean you lose 1lb!

Am i wrong then??

You need to reduce your calorie intake by 3500 cals to lose one pound.

However, you can also increase you exercise to achieve this too so it's only a guide really.

I don't think about calories too much anymore - nasty things!! :p
