Hey - well I am down 3lbs so whoop - another 2 points (total = 6 now).
 
Thats brilliant Lou, well done!! I had to stay late at work last night, we've been so busy which is also why Ive not been on here much, I wasnt able to go to my weighin but will definately make next weeks!
