What is the problem ?? I cut my raw potatoes as I would cut them to make normal chips, parboil them, put them in the roasting tin, spray with Fry Light, sprinkle with salt and bobs your uncle..........chips. It isn't hard to cut chips !!

DH has no idea he has been eating SW chips ever since I have been doing it.

My family prefer SW chips. I make mine on a baking sheet (the ones you can wash & re-use) as it's non-stick, spray with frylight, cook for half hour, the result, perfect chips :D

Me too - chopping board, sharp knife, that's all I need.
