The slimming work journey begins!

Hello everyone,

I have been doing weight watchers for a few months now! But I am ready for change! I have already lost 25lbs and have lots more to lose until I hit my target!
I have been reading the forums and it seems like a lot of people switch ( either way) between slimming world and weight watchers. For me I think it is a change I would like to make to cut out as much processed food as possible. I love the spring/summer and getting in my garden and growing veg! I was reading slimming world in a mag and it seems much more focused on recipes and cooking.

I went to my first meeting this morning! Although I haven't started the diet yet! I want to get my head around it and go shopping to prepare.

One question I do have is about syns. We was told this morning to eat all 15 syncs to lose weight! I have no problems with this, but I have been looking at sme people's diarys on here and they do not eat them? What do you all do and why?

Ve decided to follow orange extra easy ! This looks to be the best option for me!

anyway any advice anyone can offer me?
a lady in my class gave me this website address and told me it is a great resource and motivation

i was told when i joined today i had to do EEasy , and she said have between 5 -15 syns a day

i've been reading the books , its so hard when you've got WW in your head , i'm hoping the lovely people on here will help

I think the main focus of having all syns is to stop you from denying things you crave. I personally have little to no syns a day but then if I go mad and want a KFC or a night out then I'm free to do so, whilst only being a little careful. This plan is so interchangeable its fantastic, when you really get the hang of it you don't feel like you're on a diet at all <3
 
Yea I need to get ww out my head!

That's part of the reason I wanted to swap! I can't point my food forever! I think I will be fine once I get used to not pp foods!
