the start of a new me

Hi

I am sitting next to my work collegue who is using this as a support for the slimming world plan.

Its the first time I have been on here and I am very impressed in what I have seen.

I am a mother of three young children and work in the evenings. I have lost and put weight back on many times but this time I WILL suceed.

I am going to Spain in August and I am determined not to go the way I am. So slimming world is the way forward and fingers crossed I do it.
