thinking of going from total to light

iv been on total for 5 months nearly now, and have lost a little over 5 stone, my bmi has now got to 29.7 so im thinking of going onto light and upping my exercise, as i think id rather learn how to eat healthier for a longer period of time and inrease my exercise so it will be easier to maintain when im off the diet, is this a good idea?
i only have max of 2 stone to loose.

I'd stick to total if i was you.
I also contemplated going on lite but i found it difficult to manage so have decided i will continue to do total for as long as possible and get rid of the last 2.5 stones as quickly as i can.
Good luck with whatever you decide :)

I've only done lite and it worked for me. I still got into ketosis so I had good losses 2-3lb per week and it meant going out to restaurants was still enjoyable as long as you research the menu first. I guess it would get you used to eating in a controlled manner, but so does RTM! Not much help really!
