Those of you who are now size 10/12/8 etc, did you have big wobbly tummy's at the start, along with aprons and overhangs etc, and if so what are they like now please???
Debbie do you mind me asking how old you are? If you do don't answer was just trying to work out if the skin things was ok for you because of your age.
DebG, I really think that riding is one of the best exercises you can do. Evidently it is a bit like sking in that you have to co-ordinate and use nearly every muscle in your body. I am hoping to start riding again in April.
80 km (Christ nearly 50 miles) how many hours is that in the saddle approx.
