    B: Porridge with rice milk HE A, HE B

    L: At the pub for a leaving party so grilled steak & salad

    D: Homemade pizza 11 syns for base, cheese HE A, parma ham 1/2 syn, veggies & salad

    S: fruit salad, mullerlight
    E: none today
    W: 2 litres

    Afternoon all :)

    mid morning snack - banana

    lunch - egg and salad cream sandwich (1 x hex b) + 2 sins

    Tea - salmon (hex a) noodles, veg and cheese sauce (2 x hex a) need to find out sins for plain flour:confused::confused:
