I need to see a dentist, but hate them so much and even more now after you being in pain...no way knock me out with a hammer first, then you might get me there lol
Hate decorating, love the results, my brother has his own firm they doing building and painting and decorating, I think next time we'll just ask him to give a quote (he usually says no that's ok, I'll see to that lol)...just remember it'll be worth it in the end
Bugger really wanted that film to be good ...oh well...next one lol xx

I wasn't in pain, I just had a numb gob :D

My dentist is lovely. She talks to you really gently and tells you how well you're doing :8855:

I've to go into work tomorrow so I'm secretly hoping it will be all done when I come home :crazy:

The acting was good and the story was good, it was just a bit slow in places. Get it once the dvds cheap :)

See I hate dentists so much all I could see was pain :8855:
I have had so many bad experiences with Dentists they scare the hell out of me ...when I was pregnant with my eldest, I had to have a tooth removed and the dentist was to put it politely, very drunk and managed to put the injection through the side of my mouth and not in my gum, then I found Miss Clements, she was just like your dentist, lovely, but she moved away and I've had 2 or 3 more bad experiences since. I go, but I only go if I have to and definitely not more than twice a year.
I am gutted..I really wanted you to come back and say that was the best film I've seen in a long time...I'll wait for the DVD then lol xx
 
Tilly - you know the Planet of apes film, was there much on the torturing of the little monkey before he rebelled. I read it and thought I couldn't bear that, full screen and loud in my ears.

DH was concerned I'd find it upsetting. I'm no wuss but hate torturing things. Thats why I hate sci-fi. All that screaming and pain thing.

It wasn't too bad but obviously they had to get you to be on the side of the monkey. Some funny bits too. I don't think you'll find it as bad as you're expecting. But it might be best to wait for it to come on the tv and then at least you can turn it off and not feel like you've wasted money.


I've been in to work this morning. Next I'm going to Tesco's, then decorating and then the pics again. I've got some food in the freezer that I batch cooked so I'll probably have that to eat today. I've only just eaten my breakfast cos I didn't have any milk or bread this morning. There was some when I went to bed but somehow it had gone by this morning. Must remember to fit my walk in somewhere.

I have a bad headache today. I keep dreaming about food but not healthy food, so I am trying to distract myself in the hopes I dont cave in as I've accepted a challenge i mustn't

I haven't been to the cinema for years and years and years :eek: xxxxx

Wow another night at the flicks, and is that all for free again? I am guessing that's the Tesco rewards thingy...I save mine up and use them for Christmas, but might actually get a bit selfish and use them for a few nights out lol

Yes another free night at the cinema tonight and we're seeing Captain America. You can tell the boys are coming too :)

Jackie thank goodness you did an hour cos I've only done 15 mins. I have been decorating all afternoon though so does that count. If not I'll have to do extra tomorrow to make up for it. Don't give in yet cos by dinner time tomorrow we're half way there :D

I'll try and catch up for a bit before I go back to decorating and then getting ready to go out but if I don't get round to your diary it's only cos I'm in a rush.
 
We went to the pics and Captain America wasn't on even though it was advertised on the internet. There was nothing on that hubby and son wanted to see so we came home. It's much easier when it's just me and my daughter cos we'd just go and see something else. In a way I'm glad it's not on cos I'm shattered. How embarrassing would that be if I fell asleep in the pics and snored :8855:

At least I've got chance to have a proper nosey at you all now :D

Why is it we have to go and sit through the men's films but whenever we want to see a romcom or weepy they have to be so stubborn...hmmm lol
The only film I ever dozed off in the cinema while watching was Lord of the Rings (it was the cartoon one and I was about 16), not because I was tired but because it was so darn boring and yet I love the latest ones and the books too.

I agree totally, I get so frustrated when everyone else seems to be losing massive amounts, but I do have to keep looking at the bigger picture and not worry what everyone else loses.
Plus as my C keeps saying the ones that lose big amounts each week are less likely to keep it off, the plodders like us, that lose 1-2lbs a week are most likely to keep it off for good.
I've done the losing huge amounts before and the weight came straight back on (I lost 8st in 7 months cos I won a holiday and stayed off as long as the holiday lasted), so i'll accept my smaller losses thank you and this time it won't come back, I don't want the quick fixes any more cos this time I know I am learning to eat properly and exercise properly too xx
