tinned red salmon and crabsticks

Hi, can anyone tell me the syn value of tinned red salmon and also the syn value of crabsticks please. thanks

As far as I remember red salmon is free & crabsticks are free

Just looked in my book. Crab sticks are free on red and 1 syn each on green. Tinned red salmon, free on red day but tinned in brine for 28g is 2 syns.
