hey, just wondering how do you make the sweet chillii chicken kebabs?x :)

Open the packet,take them out pop them in the oven - done! :D Haha I'd love to say I make them myself but they are part of Tesco BBQ range, normally in the 2 for £5 meat range. They are a pack of 4 which lasts me 2 meals, I love them! Hope this helps.
 
Monday 27th September
Hmm well, I'm afraid life got in the way of dieting this weekend lol! Had 2 slices pizza and a 1/3 portion fries on Fri night, and then Saturday had an Indian although luckily I wasn't feeling that well in the Indian so didn't eat as much as I would have done! Yesterday was ok, a couple of points over though. Going on holiday at the weekend so this week will be a struggle, am just aiming for a sts again really. Then I'll have to get back on it properly the week I get back!!

Breakfast = 3

Snack = 1
Alpen Light Choc & Fudge

Lunch = 5
WW hearty veg soup (2)

Galaxy!!! Oops!! Post ironing snack, hate ironing and as suspected I think my motivation is slipping now my hol is so close!

I'm not officially sticking to my 19 points from this point on until I return from hol as we are eating things up. I will try to be fairly sensible though and will keep counting to try and limit what I'm eating. If I'm correct I think if I was now following 'maintenance' I could add up to 6 points onto my allowance, so I will aim to definitely stay below 25 points/day. Not ideal but need to eat things up before we go away!! (Incl open packs of biscuits/choc obviously lol!)

Coco Rocks Cereal Bar

Lunch = 5

Monday 18th October

Ok I'm back again! I've had 3 weeks off really - the first week was eating things up before hols and lack of motivation knowing I was going on hols! Second week was all inclusive holiday (fantastic!) enough said lol! Third week was trying to loosely count points to 'wean' myself off eating all day lol, and get myself back into eating 3 proper meals a day again. Anyway so yes I've put the 7lbs back on that I lost which is bad yes, but at least it's not another 7 on top of what I wanted to lose in the first place so I'm glad I lost them even though they are back again (I know what I mean!). So am starting again officially today - got weighed last Friday so weigh in day will still be a Friday (not going to class just weighing at home). Had a fairly bad weekend food-wise (anniversary!) so must remember not to expect a loss this week but just take it as a first step....So positive attitude back on and here I go 19 points/day...

Did ok yesterday went over slightly but at least I'm getting back into it! Totm so I just want to nibble all the time, on chocolate!! :eek: Hope I can avoid choc attack tonight...although I've sort of planned for it anyway...

Thanks :) as you can see I am struggling a little this week to stick to 19 but I am in the higher end of the stone bracket so maybe having 20 this week to slowly ease myself back into won't be such a big deal, main thing is I get back into counting and eating better again! I agree I find it really interesting reading other people's diaries too you can get some good ideas/inspiration sometimes. Good Luck on your WW journey! :)

Went over by 1.5 again last night, again due to chocolate (obviously the choc's fault not mine for eating it lol!), but I'd rather eat it and point it rather than try to ignore the craving and eat other things then have the choc in the end as well which is probably what would happen :eek: Anyway I'm not too worried about it this week at least I'm not having 30 a day like I probably was last week, and probably 50 a day the week before on hol :eek: I do need to introduce fruit and more veg again but I just don't feel like eating fruit when it's cold, brrr! Here's today's food:

Breakfast = 3.5
2 x Wheat Biscuits = 2.5
125ml ss milk = 1

Snack = 1

Lunch = 4
WW tomato/basil soup = 1.5

Garden peas = 1

Snacks (at cinema-taking my own!) = 3

Hi well done on getting back on track, i am enjoying looking at your food diary, I am new myself and only on 17pts a day :eek: so really looking to find ways to make my food go further

Aw thank you :) 17 pts?? :eek: You need 'good value' food then don't you?! When i did WW a few years ago I got down to 18 points and that was a struggle but it's worth it when you get down to your target it really is! I'm struggling a bit this week but I'll get back into it. Good Luck to you :)

Well I was quite proud of myself last night :) I went to the cinema and managed to not cave in and have ice-cream! Even though one of my friends I went with had a 4 scoop tub with choc pieces on :eek: it looked gorgeous! I was stood next to her while she was choosing her flavours completely drooling at the sight of it all..mmm...but I stuck to the snacks I'd taken with me! Well done me!! :D Anyway here's today's food...

Breakfast = 2.5
Oatsosimple Apple & Blueb = 2
60ml ss milk/100ml water = 0.5

Snack = 1
Alpen Light Choc n Fudge

Lunch = 4.5
1/2 pack pasta n sauce = 3

Friday 22nd October - WI - lost 1lb! :)
My 'healthy' tea last night turned into a high pointed tea! Hubby fancied curry, only home made thankfully but it's still high, I know I could have not had a mini naan but that's my fave part lol! Anyway I was only 0.5 over and thankfully wasn't struck by chocolate cravings later on hopefully they have passed for now! :) Will be having a 'cheat' tomorrow night as it's X factor and takeaway night for us on a Sat haha! Happy to have lost 1lb this week as I have only been on plan for 4 days (WI is true though, got weighed last Friday). So here's to a better week....am happy with 1lb a week anyway, it will get me to target for Xmas.

Monday 15th November - Pro Points
*Sneaks back in* :eek: I've been AWOL for the last 3 weeks, have just been too busy/stressed etc to come on here, and to be honest my head hasn't been in the right place for it. So my half hearted attempt at losing weight in the last 3 weeks has resulted in a 1lb loss. Least it's not a gain I guess. I have decided to try and follow the new Pro Points System although may find it difficult seeing as I don't go to class and don't want to spend money joining on line etc. I will be calculating points from an online calculator someone very kindly pointed me in the direction of, but if anyone sees that I've pointed something incorrectly please let me know! I'm guessing from what I've read I will be on 29 daily points as I was only on 18 on the old points system (I'm 5'5", weigh 10.8 and am 32) and 49 weekly points. Here goes starting again today on Day 3 as WI is Friday:

Breakfast = 4:
Oatsosimple Apple & Blueberry 3
60ml ss milk 1

Snack = 2
Alpen Light Choc & Orange

Lunch = 4
WW hearty Veg Soup 4

150g mashed potato = 4 (3 potato 1 marg)

Hmm not convinced this ProPoints is gonna work for me - I ate quite a lot of choc last night and took it out of my weekly PPs but how can it be right eating all that choc?! I went to Cadbury World and I'm sure they have put a spell on me coz I can't stop thinking about choc now lol! :eek: It is totm though! Anyway here is Tuesday's food.

NOT A GOOD DAY!! Feeling so lethargic at the mo so don't feel like cooking properly! It's prob caused by eating all this choc! Need to break the cycle....

Must try harder! Think I have too much freedom to eat choc with the extra weekly points, not good! Might switch back to the old points system next week time is running out before Christmas and I at least want to try and lose half a stone before then!
