Living in Portsmouth and seeing this story in the paper so much, I haven't been able to stop thinking about the poor family & what they must be going through. My 15yr old son goes to school with the 2 lads who pulled Sonny out of the water and I know they've been having nightmares since, God only knows how the family are coping.
Thinking of them & praying for Sonny.

I read it and was so shocked. Where it said in the paper he was talking to his mum and cried. Oh, it makes me cry just to imagine it.

Thinking of him and his family (and have been since hearing this on the news)
Hoping he will recover more movement as he starts to heal. What a shame that a moment of madness and high spirits can damage such a young healthy life.
It is such a tragic story from a moment of madness- I hope it will deter some other young people from soing similar. My prayers are with the family.
