Hiya,

I'm brand new here but would love to join in! I'm not part of a group or go to meetings. I've just bought books online as it seems an inexpensive way to try SW. It's taken me a while to get my head around everything but I think I get it now!

I have WI tonight, so hopefully will start the challenge off with a positive start... Am not feeling too confident though. Have stuck to plan all week, but just don't feel like I've lost anything. Does anyone else get like that sometimes?
